Ingredients for Oats millets pongal
- › steel cut oats / oats, millets, black pepper, salt, ghee, cashews, almonds
Method
1. 1. Soak one unit millets and oats overnight with 4 units of water 2. Pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles 3. Garnish with ghee, cashews and almonds 4. Use black pepper and salt for seasoning as per your need (You can also replace Italian seasoning for black pepper to make it taste Italian)
