Oats powdered:40gms
Wheat flour :20gms
Finely chopped onions:50gms
Finely chopped green chilli:1
Cumin seeds as per taste
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder: optional
Ginger garlic paste :1tsp
Corriander leaves : 10gms
Oil 2 gms
STEPS: . Take a bowl . Add powdered oats and wheat flour . Add salt and rest of the ingredients . Mix well knead into a smooth dough using warm water , add some whet flour if required but make sure you keep track of measurements . Leave the dough for min covered . After min roll them and cook them just like roti/paratha by greasing tawa with less oil/ghee . Serve with side dish of your choice
