Chicken Breast Nugget sized pieces 200 gms
Ghee 20 gms
Oats 30 gms
Chicken Masala
Coriander powder
Red Chilly Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Garam Masala
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Vinegar
2 Whole Eggs
Marinate chicken boneless breast pieces with the following- Chicken Masala, Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Masala, Garam Masala, Red Chilly powder and tbsp vinegar. Marinate for atleast hours.
Take a frying pan, put gms ghee in it and set it on a simmering flame. Ensure the ghee is spread evenly throughout the pan.
Break open whole eggs in an open bowl, add a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix well.
Take a chicken piece, dip it in the egg bowl, dip it in a separate bowl containing gms oats and then place it gently on the frying pan. Repeat for all the chicken pieces and distribute them evenly on the pan.
minutes later, turn the contents of the pan upside down and allow the other side to fry for the next - minutes.
Empty the contents onto a plate and add ketchup if necessary (I didn’t have room for any further macros coming from ketchup though).
