Ingredients for Oats & Paneer Vegetable Porridge Recipe🥗🥗🍲🍲🥘
- › oats 100gm
- › Paneer 50 gms
- › Any veggies
- › Oil 10gms
- › Salt , Pepper & Spices according to your preference
Method
1. Cut the vegetables you want to add & saute in a medium flame for 2 mins with oil. (Veggies added here are cabbage, onion, carrot, beetroot, capsicum, cauliflower).
2. Stir in oats, Paneer & saute it for a minute.
3. To this mixture add water followed by salt & pepper.
4. Mix well & cook the mixture for 2 mins.
