- › 200ml - Milk
- › 10gm - Nuts
- › 15gm - Nutrilite whey protein (approx 11gm protein)
1. boil milk and add oats, then cook for 5 mins. turn off the flame then add whey protein, nuts. As per your calorie intake you can also add peanut butter. Ready to serve delicious and healthy breakfast.
