Asafetida

Bell Pepper

Beans

Olive oil spray

Onion

Salt and spices

Method

Step 1

Saute onions in tbsp oil

Step 2

Add onions to other ingredients and knead into a thick pinch-able consistency

Step 3

Spray the pan and put it on lowest flame

Step 4

add white eggs coated with batter to dips and spray gently over them and cover with lid

Step 5

Allow it to cook slowly until you start seeing bottom golden brown

Step 6

turn them up to let top side be at the of pan and cook for other - minutes

Step 7

spray the second side if required
