Ingredients for Mushroom fry
- › Mushroom - 100g
- › Onion - 20g
- › Ginger garlic paste
- › Chilli powder
- › Turmeric powder
- › Coriander
- › Salt
- › Butter - 2g

2. Wash mushrooms and keep it aside.
3. Heat pan and add butter to it.
4. Add onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli and turmeric powder, sauté them.
5. Add mushrooms to it and let it cook for sometime.
6. Do not add water to the mix.
7. When it’s almost cooked, add coriander to it.
8. Mushroom fry is ready.
