Ingredients for moong sprout chilla
- › moong raw-50 gm besan-5gm rice flour -5 gm onion-20gm garlic,ginger, chilli salt
Method
1. soak moong to make sprouts. in mixer grind sprouts with ginger,garlic, chilli, onion. add besan and rice flour and make batter as thin as dosa batter. make chilla and eat with ketchup or green chutney..
