Ingredients for Moong ki dal ke mangode
- › moong ki daal
- › onion , green onion, ginger ,garlic , salt , garam masala and green chilli
1. Soak 1 bowl of moong dal in water overnight in boiled water or for 4 to 5 hours.
2. Next day take out the water and grind the soaked dal.
3. Now take the paste and add chopped onion, green onions, green chilli, salt , crushed ginger , chopped garlic and garam masala.
4. Mix it all and fry like pakoras and enjoy .
