Moong bean- 60gms Butter- 5gms Green chillies, corrinder, Ginger,Cumin, salt

Method

Step 1

) Soak moong for at least hours or overnight. ) Grind Moong, green chillies, Ginger, corrinder, cumin with very little water. ) Make dosa batter like consistency and add salt. ) Let it rest for minutes. ) Make dosa, apply butter and cook on low flame. Enjoy crispy dosa.
