1. Soak dal for 10mins, drain the water and grind dal into a smooth paste. Add salt and a pinch of eno. Now make base on a nonstick pan with 5gms of butter. Keep the bases on side. Spread Choped vegetables, sprinkle salt pepper and oregano on it, put grated cheese on the top. After baking it for 5-7 mins in pre heated oven, sprinkle choped onion on the top.
