Ingredients for Moong & Alasanda Pakora
- › Cowpeas - 100gms
- › Moong Dal - 200gms
- › Jeera - 5gms
- › Salt - as per taste
- › Chilli powder - as per taste
- › Onion - medium or 30 -40 gms
- › Oil - 40 ml
Method
1. Soak Moong dal & Cowpeas for 3-4 hours
2. Grind dals
3. Add jeera, onion, salt & chilli to above mixture
4. Make little balls or in vada shape with the batter
5. Fry them in oil or air fryer or bake
6. If u air fry or bake den fat wil be 10gms
