Ingredients for Mixed Veg Moong Dal
- › Moong dal: 100 gm
- › Ginger paste: 5 gm
- › Dry chillies: 2
- › Turmeric powder: 3 gm
- › Coriander powder: 3 gm
- › Chilli: 2
- › Oil: 8 ml
- › Bay leaf: 1
- › Cumin seeds: 8 pieces
- › Green peas: 40 gm
- › Mixed Veggies: 50 gm
Method
1. 1. Start by boiling the dal with the veggies, green peas, turmeric and salt for 5 whistles on medium flame.
2. 2. Heat the oil in the vessel.
3. 3. Put the dry chillies, bay leaf, ginger paste, coriander powder and cumin seeds.
4. 4. Add the chillies.
5. 5. Now pour the boiled dal with veggies in it and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
6. 6. Serve hot with phulka/rice.
