Ingredients for Mix vegetable daal fry and rice

- › Vegetables
- › Butter
Method
1. Boil all the daals (50 gm) of choice
2. Finely chop all the veggies (100gm) of choice
3. Let the butter (10 gm) melt in a pan and add mustard seeds, asofoetida, red chilli, powder, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger and then let the veggies turn golden brown
4. Add the daal and a little water to the consistency you want
5. Serve it will plain boiled rice(50 gm)
