Veggies 300 grams

Paneer 100 grams

Ghee 5 grams

Defatted organic soya flour 80 grams

Wheat flour 40 grams

Little amount of Meethi

Method

Step 1

Cut veggies into small pieces and cook with gram ghee. When the vegetables are cooked add paneer cut into small pieces. Mix grams defatted soya flour and grams wheat atta atta with water. Make dough and make rotis.
