Ingredients for Mix Veg Pakoda
- › Besan - 40 grams
- › Green Vegetables - 150 grams
- › Spices - As per choice
1. Cut green vegetables in small pieces. Add besan slowly and mix it. Add salt, red chilli, green chilli, chat masala, garam masala, No need to add water as the vegetables would already release some water. You can take any green veggies. I used capsicum and beans. Pre-heat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 160 degrees. Put the pakodas in the basket and fry for 10 minutes at 180 and 10 minutes at 160. Keep checking every 5 minutes and you will know once it's done. Crispy Tasty Mix veg pakoda ready to be served.
