Paneer 60 gms
Cheese 20 gms
Olive Oil 8 gms
Vegetables 100 gms
Pizza Sauce
Mixed Herbs
Chilli Flakes
Mix millet flour with Soya chunks powder.. add pinch of salt as per the taste.. Adding water to the dough in parts, begin to knead the dough.
Make one medium size ball out of this dough. start rolling the dough ball into a flat round circle.
Now put the roti in a hot Pan.
First cook one side then another. take it out on a plate.. spread the pizza sause.
Add vegetables, paneer and cheese. Sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes.. (ps: you can add this later at the time of serving)
place this again in a pan.. cook it for mins on a lower to medium flame..
