Beans finely sliced 4 to 5
Roasted cumin powder 1/2tbsp
Black pepper 1/2tbsp
Chilli flakes 1tbsp

Method for Beans Step . Wash and soak the red beans overnight or you can soak it for - hours in warm water.
Step . Take a pressure cooker and add - cups of water.
Step . Put the soaked red beans in a steel bowl and sprinkle it with salt and place it in the cooker.
Step . The water should be just below the level of the beans.
Step . Steam the red beans for - mins on low flame after the first whistle.
Step . When done remove the cooker from the flame and let it open naturally.
Step . Remove the red beans and keep aside.
Method for rice Step . Warm the oil in a pan and once it is ready add the chopped garlic and stir fry for few minutes till it starts changing colour.
Step . Then add the chopped onions to the pan and stir fry with the garlic ,till the onion becomes translucent.
Step . Add to this the finely cut flat beans and stir fry for few minutes.
Step . Now add the mushrooms and stir fry for few minutes, stirring constantly so that the mushrooms don't start leaving water.
Step . Add the cut green pepper and mix it in well and stir fry for - seconds.
Step . Now add the red beans to the pan and mix everything in together.
Step . To this add the salt ,cumin powder, black pepper powder and red chilli flakes.
Step . Stir it all in well together.
Step . Cook for few minutes.
Step . Finally add the cooked rice and stir it in gently and mix everything well in together .
