1. Rice : 60 gms 2. Massoor Dal : 50 gms 3. Palak, Methi : 50 gm 4. Ghee : 10 gms 5. Onion Tomato : 100 gms 6. Himalayan Pink Salt, Turmeric powder, Corriander Powder, Chilli Powder, MTR spicy Sambar Power : 1/2 tea spoon each 7. Curd : 100 gms
Soak Rice and Dal for minutes . Heat pressure cooker, Add Ghee, add Mustard seeds and chopped onions ,Tomatoes and saute well. .Add chopped Palak and Methi, pinch of turmeric powder, half tea spoon of Corriander,Chilli and MTR Spicy sambar powder mix well. . Add soaked rice and Massoor Dal and allow cooker to whisle for times . Enjoy the dish with Curd.
