Red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder,Salt as per Taste
Methi leaves 200gms
Garlic 1 clove,few curry leaves,cumin,mustard seeds
In pressure cooker add washed Dal and Methi leaves,diced onion and tamato
Add half cup of water and pinch of Turmeric Powder .Cook for whistles after add chilli powder and salt as per taste
For thadaka in pan add gms of oil once it's heat add cumin, mustard seeds,curry leaves and crushed garlic once it's spluttered add that to dal
serve hot with Rice or chapati
