Ingredients for Masoor Dal Khichdi
- › Masoor Dal 100 gm
- › Rice 50 gm
- › Ghee 8 gm
- › Garlic 4 cloves,Ginger 1 inch chopped
- › 1 small onion finely chopped
- › 1 green chilli
- › Jeera,Heeng,salt,chilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder
- › tomato 1 small
1. Add ghee to a pan followed by Heeng,jeera and onion.
2. Add tomato when onion turns translucent
3. Add spices and add dal+rice
4. cook for 3 whistles on high flame in a cooker at high flame and for 1 whistle on low flame.
5. serve hot with choice of veggies
