Ingredients for Mashed Paneer Potato
- › 200 gm Potato
- › 50 gm Paneer
- › 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese
- › Salt and Pepper
- › 50 ml Milk
Method
1. Fine chop 200gm Potatoes
2. Add 2 cups water in a non stick pan and add potatoes.
3. Let it boil for almost 20 minutes on medium to high heat and mash once potatoes become soft. If potatoes are not mashed you can add more water and cook till its mashed and until water is gone
4. Add 50ml milk and let it cook on medium heat for next 2 minutes
5. Add 50gm mashed Paneer and mix till mashed with potato
6. Add 50gm Cheese and mix for 30-40 seconds
7. Add Salt/Black Salt and Black Pepper powder as per taste
8. Serve Hot
