quaker oats - 40gm

olive oil - 10gm

peas -10 gm

green beans -10gm

tomato -50gm

onion-50 gm

garlic -3 gm

Method

Step 1

first of all in a chopper blend garlic, tomato and onion together

Step 2

Take a small kadhai heat and put your olive oil in it

Step 3

put your mixture of tomatao and onion in oil and cook it for minutes and then add salt and spices as per your taste

Step 4

put beans and peas in that and cook it till beans and peas get soft

Step 5

Now put your oats in it and stir for minutes then add water and cook it for minutes .

Step 6

you can dry the water and eat it its taste delicious.
