Ingredients

Raw Rice 60grams

Cumin seeds

Mustard seeds

Dried red chili

Curry leafs

Ginger and garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp

Green chili 2

Medium size Onion 1/2

Turmeric

Salt

Whole garam masala 1/2 tbsp

Chili powder 1/4 tbsp

Lemon 1(juice)

Cilantro

Mint leafs

Method

Step 1

Boil and cook the rice separately

Step 2

Take a pan add the tempering and then add chopped ginger and garlic sauter it and add chopped onions and sauté it again

Step 3

Add salt, turmeric and add green chili, mint,cilantro

Step 4

Now add the garam masala, chili powder and saute it a bit

Step 5

Now add the cooked rice and mix it well then add the lemon juice and take it in to a plate serve hot
