Ingredients for Masala lemon rice
- › Raw Rice 60grams
- › Cumin seeds
- › Mustard seeds
- › Dried red chili
- › Curry leafs
- › Ginger and garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp
- › Green chili 2
- › Medium size Onion 1/2
- › Turmeric
- › Salt
- › Whole garam masala 1/2 tbsp
- › Chili powder 1/4 tbsp
- › Lemon 1(juice)
- › Cilantro
- › Mint leafs
Method
1. Boil and cook the rice separately
2. Take a pan add the tempering and then add chopped ginger and garlic sauter it and add chopped onions and sauté it again
3. Add salt, turmeric and add green chili, mint,cilantro
4. Now add the garam masala, chili powder and saute it a bit
5. Now add the cooked rice and mix it well then add the lemon juice and take it in to a plate serve hot
