Ingredients for Masala chaas(Butter milk)
- › 50 gm curd, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, Few mint leaves, 6-8 strands of green coriander , 1 green chilli, Black salt and pink salt according to taste
Method
1. - take a mixer jar , put in curd , green chilli,mint and coriander leaves. - Blend it well - Add roasted cumin powder , black salt and pink salt -Add a glass of water and blend it. Your masala chaas is ready.Enjoy it with your meal!
