Whole wheat flour 30gm
Besan/ bengal gram flour 10gm
Ghee 5gm
Ajwain 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Milk 5ml
Dried herbs- thyme, oregano, mint (optional)
Mix all ingredients with water, milk. Add salt, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, asofetida, garam masala, dried herbs (optional) and make a dough.
Make round flat breads and shallow fry in a pan with ghee. Serve hot
