Ingredients for Masala besan roti
- › Whole wheat flour 30gm
- › Besan/ bengal gram flour 10gm
- › Ghee 5gm
- › Ajwain 1 tbsp
- › Coriander leaves chopped
- › Milk 5ml
- › Dried herbs- thyme, oregano, mint (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients with water, milk. Add salt, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, asofetida, garam masala, dried herbs (optional) and make a dough.
2. Make round flat breads and shallow fry in a pan with ghee. Serve hot
