Ingredients for Mango whey cake
- › Mango, around 2 large Alphonso., have to uses only some part of it
- › Whey protein 1.5 scoop
- › Flour-5g
- › Oil 4g
- › Pinch of baking soda and baking powder
- › Quark 75 g
- › Sugar substitute and vanilla essence as per taste
1. Add whey protein, flour, sugar substitute, baking soda and baking powder, oil in a bowl, mix with water to cake batter consistency and microwave for 1.5 mins at 800W
2. Whip quark, vanilla essence and sugar substitute to make an icing cream
3. Coat the mug cake (once cold) with icing cream
4. Remove skin of mangos and make very thin slices and start attaching it from the base of the cake till top. Use turn table ... makes life easier
5. Keep adding mango pates till top and here you go .... enjoy the deliciousness!!
