Ingredients for Mango Makhaniya Lassi
- › Milk 100g
- › Yogurt 200g
- › Mango 150g
- › Sweetener
- › Pistachio for garnishing
1. Peel the mango skin, discard seed and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Combine it with milk, yogurt and sweetener in an electronic mixer or blender and blend well. Make sure the mangoes are properly blended.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with pistachio and serve chilled.
