Grate radish and squeeze excess water,add chopped methi leaves,green coriander,salt,Ajwain,green chilli and Makki atta and make a dough
Use warm water if required to knead
Take a plate and place the dough on it Spread evenly by applying lil water and give desired thickness
Shift on hot tawa and shallow fry Taste best with curd
