roast a makhana in the ghee till it became crispy . Remove makhana from the pan . Add jaggery and add tsp water. Melt that jaggery . Then add makhana, mix it well,and keep in the pan for a few min, till it becomes crispy. You can make in large amounts and can keep in air-tight containers.
