- › 10gm makhana 10gm jaggery 3gm ghee
1. 1. roast a makhana in the ghee till it became crispy 2. Remove makhana from the pan 3. Add jaggery and add 1 tsp water. Melt that jaggery 4. Then add makhana, mix it well,and keep in the pan for a few min, till it becomes crispy. You can make in large amounts and can keep in air-tight containers.
