Onion 70gm
Black Pepper half tea spoon (optional)
Lime 1 spoon (optional)
Green Vegetables (spring onions, green peppers etc.) 60gms
Ghee 10gm
Maggie masala tastemakers 1sachet
Garlic 5 cloves
Tomato 50gm
Cut chicken in small cubes and marinate it using salt, lime n Maggie masala tastemakers for at least mins.
Heat ghee in a pan on low heat, add garlic cut in small pieces. Saute it till it turns red.
add sliced onions and a pinch of salt. saute it for mins until onions soften up.
Add Green Vegetables and tomatos cut in small cubes. Saute it for minute.
Add marinated chicken and rice and cover it with a lid n cook for another mins. Chicken I use is not frozen chicken and it leaves water once covered.
Add .times water to rice and cook for another mins until chicken softens and rice cooks.
