Ingredients for Malpua with khoya
- › Milk
- › Flour/maida/wheat flour
- › Khoa
- › Oil
Method
1. 1. Take a small bowl of flour. 2.Take equal quantity of Khoa, 3.In a large bowl mix flour , Khoa and milk to a consistency slightly thicker than dosa batter. *add a pinch of roasted powdered saunf as well. 4.Take a slight deep pan , add oil and allow it to heat . 5. With a round spatula pour little batter into the oil to form malpuas. 6.Flip it to make evenly golden brown at both sides. 7. In another pan make sugar syrup by heating sugar and water in equal proportion . 8.Once the Malpuas are fried perfectly , rinse off the extra oil and put in the sugar syrup for approximately 10 minutes. And then allow it fir cooling. 9. Put some crushed cardamom seeds to the sugar syrup. The very tasty Malpuas are ready for you and your family to enjoy.
