Borges Mini Penne Rigate 100gm

Boil and cook pasta as per instructions on the packet. Save some of the cooked pasta water (This will add thickness to your sauce)
For the sauce, saute half the quantities of garlic, onion, and, bell peppers till they become soft in some ghee. Let it cool.
Once the above veggies have cooled, grind to a coarse paste. Season with salt, pepper.
Saute the remaining veggies in the ghee till cooked. Add the previously ground sauce. Season according to taste, with chilli flakes, salt and oregano.
Add the previously cooked pasta, cheese clice and pasta water. Mix it to desired consistency. And Pasta is ready
