wheat flour 50gm, Soyabean flour 30gm, bottle gourd 100 to 150gm, Cooking oil 5gm, Red chilli powder, turmeric, Garam Masala, Carom seeds, Salt, water
Grate the pilled bottle gourd then mix all the spices and salt as per taste in the grated gourd.keep it aside for some time & then remove the water from grated gourd by pressing it harder & keep that water aside for further use don't throw it. Take wheat and Soyabean flour & add water of grated gourd and spices and salt as per taste. with the drops off oil make a Dough of all mixed ingredients (use bottle gourd water if required for making dough). Consistency of dough should be little bit harder than normal roti dough. Make round shape roti of dow as per the required thickness. Bake a Paratha on low flame from both the side apply half oil while baking the Paratha. You can have this lauki ka Paratha with curd. As per above mentioned quantity you can prepare small size Parathas. Very Healthy and tastey.Must try.
