150 gm 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken
1tsp of soy sauce
1tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of vinegar
10 gm of peanuts
5 gm of sesame seeds
1cup of veggies like mushroom, capsicum,babycorn, zucchini etc
1 table spoon of hot garlic sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Few basil leaves
Salt
10ml Oil
Dry red chillies
Heal oil in the pan,
Add minced garlic few sec them add ginger garlic paste
Add chilli powder and saute for sec
Add boneless chicken and saute for two min
Add veggies and saute for min
Add hot garlic sauce, vinegar and soya sauce
Add dry chillies and salt
Once the chicken and veggies are semi cooked then Switch off the gas and garnish with roasted peanuts , sesame seeds and basil leaves
