Ingredients

chicken breast-100gm

Boiled egg -1

spinach -40gm

capsicum and cauliflower -30gm each

ghee -10gm

Kolhapuri masala, gg paste, paparika and salt

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to the non stick pan.

Step 2

once hot add in all masalas, fry and add veggies and saute for mins

Step 3

cut the chicken into small cubes saute them for sometime and then add water for it to cook

Step 4

close and cook for mins

Step 5

Don't evaporate the entire gravy keep some

Step 6

lastly add shredded/chopped boiled egg before turning off flame
