Ingredients for Khoya Milk Kesar
- › 200 ml milk
- › 20 g khoya ( milk solids)
- › 5 g almonds
- › 2-3 Cardmom
- › Kesar strands
- › Stevia / sugar free
1. In a heated pan , boil milk.
2. Add milk solids ,and mix it well.
3. Let it boil , till it thickens. Now add almonds , khoya , few Kesar strands.
4. Let it boil for few mins , now add saffron, Cardmom.
5. Let it cool down , now add sugar free stevia / sugar free as per your taste.
6. You can serve it hot or chilled ( as per your wish)
