- › Quark-200gms(C:P:F)-(7.6:22:8.8)
- › Cardamom-3-4 pods powdered
- › Kesar/saffron-10-15strands
- › Eryithrit-6-8tsp(depends on how sweet you want it to be)
- › Warm milk-1 tbsp (0.34:0.24:0.24)
1. Add quark into a bowl.Beat well.
2. Crush the cardamom pods and add it to the beaten quark.
3. Add eryithrit. Mix well.
4. Add saffron to milk, let it stay a min or two.
5. Add the saffron milk to the quark mixture.
