1)Rice raw - 50 gram,after cooking this raw will become 180 gm cooked rice(I used leftover rice) 2)jack fruit - 100 gm 3)spices - haldi, mirch powder, salt, garam masala 4) taz patta 5) Ginger garlic paste 6)oil /butter / ghee 10gm
)Boil jack fruit in pressure cooker till whistle, keep it aside heat oil in a pen add tez patta and ginger garlic paste in it, )now add all spices haldi mirch powder, dhaniya powder, salt a pinch )add boiled jack fruit add adequate salt in it mix all spices well )now add cooked rice and salt, if you want you can add biryani masala too at this stage ) mix it well and add coriander and pudina leafs its optional ) ready to serve, pair it with chilled chaas
