Ingredients

Paneer 50 grams

Maida or APF 30 grams

Rose water 5 ml, cardamom powder 1 gram

Sugar free substitute ( I have used equal ) 20 grams

Baking soda 1 gram and baking powder 2 grams grams

Butter 5 grams

Milk 50 ml

Method

Step 1

Take a blender jar and blend everything above together . Like a smooth paste

Step 2

Preheat oven at degrees for minutes

Step 3

Pour the paste in a greased and dusted with flour tin Bake for minutes at degrees on middle rack

Step 4

Switch off and let it cool in the oven for few minutes, then take out cool down at room temperature
