Chicken 200 gm

Rice 70 gm

Curd 150 gm

Besan 10 gm

Ghee 15 gm

Step 1

For Piri Piri chicken Step Add gms ghee to a non stick pan Step Add boneless chicken cut in small cubes and saute for mins Step Add table spoon Piri Piri Sauce and cook for Mins

Step 2

For Karela

Step 3

Step Add gms ghee to a pan Step Add Saunf and chopped onions followed by Karela Step Cook for - mins Step Add salt,pepper,turmeric and tomatoes (place the tomatoes on top) and cover tightly with a lid and cook for mins Step Remove to lid and mix the tomatoes and karela and cook further for mins

Step 4

For Dahi Kadhi Step Add ghee to a pan Step Add onion and cook for - mins Step Add besan and kasoori methi and cook for mins Step Blend the curd and add to pan and cook on high flame and keep stirring and cook until it starts to boil Step Add spices (salt,turmeric,red chilli powder)
