Mix all the ingredients in a bowl n keep it aside for mins.
Add water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Make small pancake size Dosa by greasing the pan with lil ghee first and serve them with chutney or sambar.
U can always add onions finely chopped n garnish it with cheese to make onion cheese uttapams.
