Ingredients for Indo Chinese veggies 🙂
- › Mushroom 🍄 50g
- › Paneer 50g
- › Peas 20g
- › Onion 50g
- › Capsicum 70g
- › Carrots 50g
- › Butter 10g
- › Salt
- › Red chilli flakes
- › Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
- › Vinegar 1/2 tsp
1. 1.Tawa roast paneer
2. 2.Heat pan and add onion and capsicum and sauté for 2-3 min
3. 3.Add peas and cook with lid on for 2 min
4. 4.Add rest of the veggies and cook for 3-4 more min.
5. 5.Add salt,chilli flakes,1/2tsp soy sauce,1/2 vinegar and mix well.
6. 6.Add tawa roasted paneer and cook for 1 min
7. Ready to serve. U can add Tabasco sauce as well(1/2tsp) for more spicy taste. Had it with steamed rice 🍚
8. Sprinkle some sesame seeds for garnish *macros of seeds not included *
