Ingredients for idli cake
- › rava suji
- › dahi/yogurt
- › salt
- › 1 pckt eno
- › cumin seeds /jeera
- › coriander leaves
1. mix 1 cup suji with 1/2 cup dahi
2. add salt in paste and leave it for 10 minutes
3. then add roasted cumin seeds in paste.
4. add eno
5. steam /bake it for 10 minutes
