Ingredients for hung curd fresh fruit icecream
- › Curd 150 gm
- › Fresh mango 🥭 50 gm
- › Whey Protein 15 gm
1. 1) Take a clean white cotton cloth. 2) Spread in in a pot such that it's edges are outside the pot. 3) Pour the curd in it 4) Now lift the edges of the cloth and tie it and hang it so that all the water of curd get drained out. 5) Your hung curd is ready, which will usually be half the quantity of curd taken. 6) Take the hung curd in a pot, add chopped mango and vanilla flavour whey to it. 7) Mix it till it become homogeneous 8) Freeze it at moderate for 6-7 hrs 9) Garnish with nuts and enjoy.
