) Take a clean white cotton cloth. ) Spread in in a pot such that it's edges are outside the pot. ) Pour the curd in it ) Now lift the edges of the cloth and tie it and hang it so that all the water of curd get drained out. ) Your hung curd is ready, which will usually be half the quantity of curd taken. ) Take the hung curd in a pot, add chopped mango and vanilla flavour whey to it. ) Mix it till it become homogeneous ) Freeze it at moderate for - hrs ) Garnish with nuts and enjoy.
