- › Milk-: 250ml
- › Protinex-: 30gm/2tbsp
- › oats-:40gm
- › Peanut Butter-:30gm/2tbsp
- › Optional (Almonds)-:5

Method
1. 1. Pick 40gm oats in a mixer and grind 2. then add bananas slices , peanut butter, protinex, milk, crushed almonds cashews and grind and then your home made mass gainer shake is ready.
