Ingredients for high protien low fat one pot green khichdi 😋
- › white rice(60gm),moong yellow dal(50gm),spinach (220gm),nutrela soya granules (30gm),ghee, (10gm)tomato(60gm) and some basic spices like cumin , turmeric , asfoetida, salt ,coriander powder , garam masala , 1 chopped green chilli , 1/2inch ginger , curry leaves and coriander to garnish
1. soak dal and rice mixed in a bowl for 30 minutes after washing few times, blanch and puree the palak in blender, also soak soya granules in warm water for 5 min .now take a cooker add ghee and add cumin and asfoetida add the chopped tomato ,green chilli ,ginger and curry leaves cook for 2 min till tomato is soft and now add palak puree cook for 2 min and then add dal rice and squeezed granules of soya and add some water as palak has it's own water add all spices and take 2 whistles. let pressure release by itself and its ready add chopped coriander in last for taste and aroma and serve with curd /green chutney/etc as you like. the quantity will serve 2 people or you can have in lunch and dinner both you are sorted for day in 20 minutes cooking .
