Ingredients for High Protein Pav Bhaji (Low Carb/ Keto Friendly)
- › 40gm Soya chunks( Grinded to powder)
- › 50gm Paneer
- › 15 gm Ghee
- › 50gm Peas and Capsicum
- › 100gm Cauliflower (Grated)
Method
1. 1. Add 15gm ghee to the pan and let it heat. 2. Add zeera , hing and cook for 30 sec. 3. Add onion and Capsicum and cook it till golden brown. 4. Add Powdered soya chunks (don't use granules or soya flour) and roast for 5-7 mins on low flames. 5. Add grated cauliflower and roast it for 5-6 mins. 6. Add boiled peas and cook for 2 mins. Add all the powdered masalas( Chilli, coriander, jeera) and pav bhaji masala. 7. After roasting for 1 min add little water and mash all the veggies with masher or a spatula. Cook for 7-8 mins . 8 . Add grated paneer and mix. Serve with pav and add butter( additional Calories)
