Whey protein 1 scoop Oats 30 gm Almonds 10gm Apple 100 gm Milk 150 ml

Method

Step 1

Take an airtight container or jar. Put scoop of whey protein (I added chocolate flavoured whey). Add gm oats, ml milk, apple and gm nuts. Mix well and cover the jar. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
