Ingredients for High protein Muesli breakfast
- › Whey protein 1.5 scoop
- › Muesli 50g
- › Milk half cup or water as per macros
Method
1. Add muesli to a shaker
2. Add 1.5 scoop whey
3. Add Luke warm milk or water
4. Mix well and enjoy
5. Note : add water or milk as per taste and macros. I use banana flavor whey
